By purchasing any item from this website you are agreeing to our policies.

We do not offer refunds of any kind. Please be mindful of our small business and our high priced materials. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you read the sizing & listings correctly before purchasing. By placing your order you have acknowledged and accepted these terms. Please note that gold, silver and black acrylic are extremely delicate and it might scratch during shipping.  ORDERS MIGHT TAKE LONGER THAN EXPECTED.

We do not offer refunds/returns for personalized items. However, we want to ensure that you are fully satisfied. If there are any issues with your order, please message us within 1 business day of delivery.

All items ship via USPS Priority Mail, as well as UPS. We are not responsible for damages during delivery or shipping to an incorrectly provided address. If your item was damaged, please take pictures and send them to us right away so we may begin the claim process.

If your design is larger than 20" it will come in pieces and there will a slightly line where the acrylic connects.
